Switch content via HTTP/TCP/UDP command?

Hi, I’m a current BrightSign user.
I was looking for a self-hosted CMS solution.
Seems that Xibo could be a excellent alternative.

But I need total control of the player locally or over the CMS.
I’m still learning, but, is it possible with the current version to simply switch content via HTTP/TCP/UDP command?

In fact, would be great to add Brighsign player as an official solution.

I found what you looking for and it’s professional player called xiplay it works perfectly with xibo cms with zero change in the cms it’s licensed based but you can try it for 14 days
