Suddenly cannot modify playlist? (Remove all changes failed!)

Issue

Suddenly my content manager account can no longer remove slides from playlists and gets this error: “Remove all changes failed!!”

The layouts were previously modifiable and they are all shared with the appropriate permissions.

My system user administrator account can still modify these playlists without issue.
