Some screens sometimes stop showing overlay layout

We’re using Xibo for Tizen v4 R405 on our Samsung screens and often I’m finding that one or more of them are not showing the overlay layout even though it is scheduled to play always. A reboot sometimes fixes it, sometimes purge all, sometimes edit/advanced/clear cache & reconfigure XMR, but occasionally I’ve had to clear all internal storage of the screen to resolve.
For example, this morning one screen (QM75C) showed working:

…while another (QB75C) with identical playlist showed blank overlay

Last 5 messages any screen (working properly or not) is usually something along the lines of:

We are on CMS 4.2.2 and XMR 1.0 using docker on Ubuntu. Clients and server are on the same subnet.

Any suggestions of what I can try, or what logs I could be collecting to identify the cause?

Hi SASY, thank you for your message. Please can you create a ticket on the Xibo help desk so we can continue to troubleshoot this issue? Please out it for the attention of Daniel and I can keep an eye out for it.
You will need to have a Xibo company account on the website portal to do that.

When you create the ticket, can you also confirm what happens if you only schedule the overlay to one of these displays? I would be interested to know if you see this issue when you have no other layouts scheduled, in case this helps to understand the cause of your issue.
