SOAP Extension not found for Xibo 1.7.9

Hello everyone ,

I need to complete the installation of CMS , but i’m not able to validate the pre-requiste ( SOAP Extension not found )

I’ve checked the SOAP folder under this path Xampp\php\pear , not found

I’ve found a SOAP dll on ext folder , but I don’t know how to make it active.

after deleting ; in front of SOAP dll in PHP.INI
