Screenshot not working on one display

Hi,

I have two windows displays that we set up and they both are working fine. My problem is that one shows a screenshot when we send a request screen shot and the other doesn’t return a screenshot. Any idea?
Windows 7 with xibo player latest version from your web site.

Even without working XMR player should return a screenshot (it would do so as per collection interval ie like it was in 1.7 series).

Is the display logged in to the CMS and has no connection issues?
Does it report any errors on status screen / CMS log page?

I checked the ‘reconfigure xmr’ checkbox and it started to work but I still don’t understand why it didn’t work before
