Good day, I’m having trouble playing a video vertically. My screen dimensions are 1080x1920. I’ve already checked the resolution settings, display settings, and display profiles. Do you have any recommendations for resolving this issue? I’m using version 4.4.1 on Debian 13 and the player on Windows 11 version 4.

Please make sure that the layout canvas is using portrait mode in the layout editor.
You can also force the display to show in portrait. To do so, go to the Displays section in your CMS, click on the row menu for the display entry, and then click on ‘Edit’. Go to the ‘Settings’ tab and scroll down to find the fields for the height (1920), width (1080), left (0), and top (0); then finally save it. Please note that you will need to restart your Xibo for Windows (XfW) player to apply the changes.
