Is it possible to schedule the content of a single region with different media or playlists on a single layout?
It is not possible to schedule content in regions, if you wanted completely different media on a Layout you would need to create multiple Layouts.
If you wanted media to ‘update’ after a time then have you looked at Expiry Dates which would allow you to determine start and end times for Widgets added to Regions/Playlists?
