RSS Tickers : not rearrange fields

Issue

In RSS Tickers → Appearance, after rearrange the “Selected” fields if i select anither widget or if exit and retunr in the layout the fields (under Selected) lose the order.

Do not save the position.

I tried with Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and the problem is the same.

Is this a bug?
