RSS Feed - unable to get feed: cURL error 28

Hello,

I’m trying to integrate this RSS feed to xibo:
https://www.oerlikon.com/en/rss-atom-chart/&pid=1

While other Feeds work fine, this one drops an error:
Unable to get feed: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 20001 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)

I hope you have an idea how to solve this.

Hello,

looks like this is the only feed with problems. Other feeds works fine, but I can’t see a difference.

It seems to work well in my local cms and in our Cloud.

Does it always return the same error? Any other information in the log if you’d go through Report Fault Wizard?
Is your curl certificate in place?

Here an Update:

Do not work with Docker for Windows, but we switched to a linux server and that works fine.
