RSS feed not showing since update 1.8.4

Hello,

We updated our system from version 1.8.2 to 1.8.4
Everything seems to work fine, only the Ticker for RSS does not show anything:

This is the RSS feed: http://culemborgsecourant.nl/rss

The item “TITLE” has to be shown

Could you check if the feed validates here - https://validator.w3.org/feed/

You can also enable CMS auditing, navigate to the layout on which you have the ticker with that feed and check CMS logs for relevant errors. (ie go through Report Fault wizard).

If the CMS is unable to get the feed or gets a specific error while trying to parse it should be displayed there.
