RSS Feed Date not converted correctly from GMT

shows published times in GMT

The RSS Ticker in Xibo Signage is formatted with:
F j, Y g:i A

When previewing the Signage, the first ticker date converts the time correctly to CST, however the second and latter items are not converted.

For example, the first item shows:
07 Oct 2018 20:00:00 GMT is converted correctly to October 7, 2018 9:00PM

However, the others are not converted correctly like below:
02 Dec 2018 01:30:00 GMT is converted to
December 2, 2018 1:30AM

Can you clarify what Timezone you have set in your CMS? You can find this in Settings, under the Regional tab.
