I have media uploaded to my root folder. It was there until last week. It just disappeared, and if I try to upload the file again, it says that the same file exited, but I don’t see it in the video library folder list.
To follow, because it looks like my list problem (layout, users, etc. are empty, but I can find users, layouts, etc. by oter ways)

I can see you have entered 22 into the Layout ID field. Please can you clear that and see if this causes the media items to appear?
Also you say in your message I have media uploaded to my root folder. It was there until last week. It just disappeared but you are not searching your root folder at the moment, you have selected the Current video list folder. Please can you select the Root folder or tick the All Folders option on the left hand side of your screenshot?
