Is there any way to:
- restart the monitor?
- restart Xibo application?
- switch off the screen matrix?
- planning switching on/off the monitor?

There is a reboot command you can use to restart the display running your Xibo for Tizen player. Please note that there is not a separate command for just restarting the Xibo for Tizen player and not the display as well.

Have I understood this correctly as turning the display panel off and on? If yes, you will find the display on/off commands are also in the commands document I linked in response to the previous query above.
There are two answers to this. The first option is to use the On/Off timer settings in the profile settings for your Tizen displays. This document explains how to do that in more detail.
You can only set one off and one on timer for each weekday.
The second method involves using the commands I linked before for display on and off. When you create a command (this is also true for the reboot command), you can send it immediately (XMR required to do that), or you can schedule a command to run instead.
With this in mind, you could schedule display on and off commands as command events in your CMS, so you can choose when the panel goes on/off across the day. Because this a command and not a timer, you can set as many of those as you want.
