im wondering if there is anyway for a region in a layout to have transparency with another region underneath it?
let me explain , we plan to show news subtitles at the bottom of the screen which is showing advertisement. we can already do that thanks to xibo but we need it to be transparent with the video which is being played in the background. i mean we don’t wonna see a long thin white bar beneath the actual texts on our videos.
is there anyway to do that? thanks in advance 
I assume it’s text or ticker widget with text, it should show just the text over the video then, could you show me how does it look like for you please?
Also since Windows clients do not support overlapping regions/true transparency the above will work on android players only. It might work on windows, but I don’t think it will be reliable.
