I create Layout and add Region with Webpage
in Webpage has URL=http://www.adintrend.com/hd/
when I come to Layout Design … I will be redirect to Webpage URL.
then , I can’t delete the problem region … because, I will redirect to web url.
I only delete Layout and re-create with out Webpage that use problem url.
This problem effect only on CMS.
You can disable webpage previews by editing the Webpage module in the Modules page of the CMS. That will prevent the CMS showing you a preview of any webpage (and will avoid your redirect problem).

You only want to untick the “Preview Enabled” box. Not “Enabled”.
Once you’ve done that, please clear your web browser cache.
My problem with the Webpage module is that the link opens automatically on a full page, even with your recommendations. I wonder if the website does not take into account the specifications of the module

The webpage is still being previewed. You can see it in the video before it goes full screen.
