I notice if your video does not overlay properly on the region, a black horizontal and vertical line will appear around your video feed in runtime. It is very difficult to perfectly overlay the video on to region as you can not stretch the video like the image.

Why not region become transplant during client runtime? It does when you insert an image.

What is the workaround? any idea?

Easiest the best solution would be to use videos in the same aspect ratio as the region they are in.

Video stretch is an option, however it does not work on current windows players.
