when looking at my media the are all showing as red crosses
this is also the case when adding them to a layout they are showing as a red cross,
any ideas why this will happen without me changing anything
What installation is it? Docker or manual on a web server?
It most likely means that either the CMS library does not have fully qualified path, was moved and not reconfigured correctly etc - in short CMS can’t find those files in the provided CMS library path.
manual, with the version 1.8.3,
it has been fine until now.
i moved the originals so the ones i uploaded, but the Library path is all still the same
fixed at one point i must of change the name of the folder, on accident, it was called Xibo Librar, changed it back and not only a few are showing but i don’t mind now that i realised what i have done

I’ve this same problem , I just migrated to docker on Windows 10 (1.7.8) and the thumbnails in layouts are showing red cross. .
I’ve double checked the path and its configured correctly . Can someone help me on this ?
