Hello, I’d like to buy few xibo android licenses.
however, as the document on https://community.xibo.org.uk/t/vat-sales-tax-rules/4332 says

The rest of the world
Consumers and businesses from the rest of the world will not be charged VAT.

however when I(in South Korea) trying to buy one license to test, site says I need to pay VAT.

Sub Total: $21.00
VAT @ 20.00%: $4.20
Total: $25.20 USD

is there any way to get that VAT off from my purchase?

Assuming that you’ve set your country in our account in our Customer Portal, I’d expect that to show you correct values ie without us charging you VAT.
