Has anyone worked with Microsoft Power Automate and the Xibo API to push or pull information?
We are constantly having to publish PDF schedules into Xibo and I’d really love to streamline or automate this from SharePoint.
We are resource poor internally so I was wondering if someone had done the basics to help us as a starter.
@jainslie asked something similar to this a while ago. Did this get anywhere?
I’m about to start this, the way I’ve done this kind of this before has been to create a custom connector using the Swagger/OpenAPI file or Postman collection.

I’ll try to come back and share my progress when I’ve achieved something. (it may be a few months at this rate)
I know Power Automate has a feature to make requests to API’s but PA in general isn’t super quick and imo, is not ideal for this. I think you would be better off writing a script (in Python for example) for what you want.
I guess the point of Power Automate is that I can tie it directly into a user interface staff are already working in, being SharePoint and Teams.
