Proof of play of report can only be saved for an irregular period of time

Issue

I found that the data of proof of play will disappear.

• On 6/2, I can only query the data after 5/24, the data before 5/23 is gone.

• On 6/6 ,6/7 and 6/8, I can only query the data after 6/2 , the data before 6/2 is gone.

• On 6/6 ,6/7 and 6/8, the data on 6/2 can be found, but the amount of data is not the same.

  • 6/7 : 40439

Are there any rules for keeping data?
What to do if I want to keep Proof of Play data permanently ?
