Problem with Xibo on LG webOS

Hi,
please can you help me to solve this problem.

when i try to open xibo on LG WebOs i have this message:

Looks like the Player can’t download some files from the CMS.

I’d start by running the Verify All routine on the Modules Page of the CMS, and then giving the Player time to reattempt those downloads.
