i have problem with Ticker and i can not load any rss content in my layout…(not load in layout preview)
is there any special configuration?

Perhaps cURL is the problem? Using Tickers, Forecast, Twitter and other external resources that make use of HTTPS connections

i think cURL doesn’t have problem …because ForecastIO API works correctly.

Seems to be working fine on our test CMS.
Could you enable debugging (on Report Fault page), try to load the rss feed again and then see if there are any errors on Logs page?
Just in case, could you please click ‘verify all’ from Modules page in CMS?
Do you use any kind of proxy that could interfere with connection to this rss feed?
Could you perhaps try bbc feed - http://feeds.bbci.co.uk/news/rss.xml
and see if you encounter the same problem?

unfortunately the RSS link is blocked by my Country Policies!!!
