I migrate from v1.8 to v2.0 and I don’t find the background color properties of a region.
I made a layout in v1.8 and there I was able to set the background color of a whole region to ‘blue’
and then type my text in ‘white’.
I migrate my environment to v2.0 and my region is still ‘blue’ but I don’t find the property.
Is this a difference between v1.8 and v2.0 or can someone explain me how to change the background color of a whole region?
I found some information about "span style=“background-color: rgb(0, 0, 255)” but this is only the background of your text.
I read that you can only set the background of a layout, but I could it in v1.8, and after migration, my region has a blue background, so I think xibo is holding this information.
Thanks for helping.
It does indeed appear that the background option is only visible when you select an effect:
Whilst we look into this use the following workaround which will retain the background colour:
Select an Effect > change Background > Save
Select Effect to ‘None’ > Save
Thank you for highlighting this.
Thanks. Workaround is working.
