Problem with a display

Sorry for the delay in responding. Generally, those kinds of errors are lower level than Xibo. So I would be looking to check the machine is fully updated via Windows Update (including the optional updates), and that the graphics drivers installed are the latest available for your graphics chip from the chip manufacturer (ie Intel or nVidia). Both those things have significant impact in that area.

Next thing I would check is that the registry entries for the web browser control were correctly added by the installer. Details of those are here:

Assuming they haven’t been, then add them. If they have been, try disabling hardware acceleration and see if that makes any difference in this case.
