Problem to download video or image in media

i try to download the video or image in media but i don t find any video in my folder media without any error

i have version 1.7.5

I’m not sure what the problem you’re having is?

Are you saying you can’t download an image/video file from the Library page in the CMS using the Download button?

yes without any error but i can t to find it in media

Sorry I really can’t understand. You can’t find what?

Are you saying you can’t find the file in the CMS library directory? If it’s not in there, then the CMS doesn’t have a copy and so you would need to restore that file from your backups.
