We use Xibo 2.0.1 and we have some issues with the preview feature. It renders the layout very small/tiny. See the picture below.
This layout has text and pictures but even those are not showing/rendered. We have tried with Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge and Internet Explorer. We have cleared cache and everything but we cannot fix it. Is this a bug or should we try something else? Thanks!
Did you install Xibo using Docker or is it a custom install? If it’s a custom one, does the url you use to access the CMS end in/web ?
We have a custom install. The URL for the preview is https://xibo.XXX.XXX/layout/preview/XXX. So no /web
I suggest you get a free Cloud demo from our website : https://xibo.org.uk/hosting and if you can recreate the issue there, please let us know and we can have a look at it with you, thanks.
Hi, I had the same problem and I solved it by enabling https://
We already use https
On the demo I did not have this issue. I will update the Xibo this week or next week and will then let you know if the problem still persists.
Updating to 2.0.2 solved the problem. Thanks for the help!
