Preview layout is ok, but android player cannt play with decoding error

hello,
i use xibo cloud cms for trial and android player 11.
When I check preview, the display is ok. but in the player show decoding error masseage.
How can I solve?

using preview is using your codec from your computer.
You should use the Handbrake manual in order to get this done right.
