The portal shows devices as logged-in, but the display screens are blank/black and show the XIBO splash, not content. Also… the CMS time-zone was set to New York, and cleared for all other devices so they will inherit that TZ info, but most go to UTC instead of using the CMS timezone. The latest unit installed for our VP is experiencing the same issue, and we need a clear path to resolution. Is there paid support available?
