The server version is the last docker, installation on last saturday with the instructions on this site for UBUNTU (server) 22.04 with SSL
The player is WINDOWS (last published version at 30/07/24)
Firewall opened ports 22; 80; 443; 9505
The player show only the XIBO logotype and not downlosad to shoy any other thing. That is in a local and in a cloud environment
I was read some post to solve the problem but but I can’t find anything similar.
Can someone help me?

A couple of basic questions(things that I have had trip me up in the past):
Have you made sure that the player was linked to the CMS in the “xibo digital signage options”?
Did you make sure to authorise the player?
Did you make sure that you don’t have any empty regions in your layout? Things like playlists without media/widgets?
Can you get to the status window in the player? You should be able to pull it up by pressing ‘i’ or ‘ctrl+i’ on a keyboard attached to the player.
I am having the same issue. However, it started to occur after I force closed it.
After it happened the first time, I uninstalled Xibo and created a new Windows profile. This worked until I had to force close the client again. After that, I tried various combinations of deleting the library folder, deleting the user profile completely, and uninstalling/reinstalling the client. None of this worked.
