Hi, as a user i add a layout, add a region and want to access the permissions, but i get there a “access denied” where do i have to change this that my user could access the permission ?
Which CMS version are you using please?
User type user will only be able to assign permissions to items he is an owner of.
At a guess your user does not have a permissions to Users on page security.
