PDF not showing

Hello,
Just installed from scratch the newest CMS using docker and a player. Everything is working fantastically great except i cannot get a PDF to show on the layout on the player, it is showing up fine on the preview for the layout.

I have tried multiple PDF documents and none of them will show up on the player screen, but they all still show up on the layout designer.

this is on a windows setup for the player and CMS.

I have tried resizing the field, made it the only field on the layout but it always gives me a problem.

Could you confirm for me that it is on 1.8.9 CMS?

I don’t seem to be able to recreate it locally.

If possible can you send me your layout with the .pdf file via Private message please?

Hello Peter,

I am on 1.8.8, i thought i had the latest but you must have snuck one in there on my IT people.

I will send you a PM, and please let me know if you need anything else.

1.8.8 can explain your problems, there was a bug related to this - https://github.com/xibosignage/xibo/issues/1475

It is fixed in 1.8.9.

Can you supply me with the upgrade link ?

Or can i just swap in a couple of files ?
