PDF automatically from a central folder?

Hello,
is there actually the possibility to display PDF pages in a layout and to fetch them automatically from a central folder? The newest file would always be ideal.
In the layout, 2 regions are displayed with PDF pages, which are constantly renewed, and so that you don’t have to open the manager every time and use it manually, it would be great if you could pull it from a central directory.
How could something like this work?

Hi, I found following post really helpful - Using Python to Automatically Update Xibo DataSets It’s using Python to update datasets but I modified it, so it would converts PPTX to PDF and upload new version of PDF file to Xibo. I added my code as an attachment, I had to upload .py as .pdf because Xibo Community doesn’t allow .py files. I looked for code tag to copy-paste it, but couldn’t find it. Not sure if the PDF files are being cached, running task to “Drop Player Cache” more often could help to let the player download the PDF file again.
