On one of my TV displays, part of the sign is not showing. It is cutoff and the main screen is showing. How do I fix this?
Can you confirm the version of the Player you are using?
I would recommend checking your Display Settings for the Display in question. To do this:
- In your CMS, select the Display Settings option.
- Click the down facing arrow at the end of the Display Profile appropriate to your Player (Windows for Windows Players etc) and choose the Edit option from the drop down menu.
- This will open the Edit Profile window. Select the Location tab. You will see 4 fields (Width, Height, Left, Top). If these are all currently set to 0, set the Width and Height to the Resolution of your screen. For example, for Full HD you would set Width to 1920 and Height to 1080. Keep the Top and Left field set to 0.

I am using the Windows version. I have Intel Sticks plugged into the TV’s to run Xibo. I tried your suggestion but it still is cutting off about 1/4 of the screen. The display is not shrunk it is cut off at the end. I have three TVs that run Xibo and this is the only one that is doing this.
