Overwrite files in library

Hello Xibo community,

every week i need to change the pictures (pdfs converted to jpegs) displayed on my layouts.

The easiest way for me would be to just upload and overwrite the old files. My files have always the same names.

When i try to upload i get the message files are already existing and the upload will be aborted.

Any ideas to speed up the process?

You simply edit your existing media item and opt to upload a new version. You can then choose whether or not to keep the old version and if not to replace all places you used the old version in layouts.
