On a few of my displays the overlay is either displaying but not resizing correctly (screenshot 1)! , or it is not showing at all and the background layout is oversized and cut in half (imagine the image below but the woman/text are full screen and you can only see up to the woman’s neck).
I have tried unscheduling the overlays and rescheduling them but it doesn’t appear to have made a difference. The same overlay is displaying correctly on my other displays.
Unfortunately our player machines are in locked cabinets and the member of staff with the keys is away until next week so any advice/tips from this community would be greatly appreciated.
We’ve seen issues with Windows resizing the desktop when the screen attached to it is powered off. There’s a registry patch you can apply to prevent that here:
