I am having an issue on a couple of my displays where the overlay layout (scheduled ‘always’) is displaying as normal but the background layouts (scheduled in two dayparts - AM and PM) are not updating, and instead the default layout is showing behind the overlay.
The displays appear to be updating as updates to the overlay and default layout have both been collected, but changes to our normal background layouts are not.
Unfortunately our player machines are in locked cabinets and the member of staff with the keys is away until next week so any advice/tips from this community would be appreciated.
