On the playlist dashboards file names are not shown

Hi Community,

When filling a spot on the playlist dashboard for the first time the file name of the uploaded file is show. But as soon as you refresh the page or log in again only the orange button is shown with no description.

Has anyone seen this as well?

We are running the newest version 4.3.1 on Docker.
