No video start on LG

Hello,
We have a problem in LG webos6 firmware 03.24.00 and xibo client 3 revision 302 xibo for webos.

Same layout is ok on LG webos firmware 03.06.75 and xibo client 3 revision 302 xibo for webos.

only the zone where the video is not functionnaly other widjet it’s ok.
