I had a similar issue with my DSDA1 devices, what version of the Xibo app are you running on the device? I’d recommend going to the latest version if you haven’t already: Download Xibo for Android v4 R411
If you are already running 411, try deleting the device from the CMS, clearing all the cache from the DSDA1 device and re-registering it from scratch, that also solved some issues I had once I updated the player.
