My ticker does not link to dataset

Hello, im having trouble when my ticker not working when connecting to data set. Thank you

Can you provide more information about the issue you are having? For example:

  • What version of the CMS are you using?
  • Is it a custom or Docker install?
  • What Player type and version are you using?
  • What type of Dataset are you using?
  • What are you seeing on screen when you say it is not working?

When im enter the filter the ticker won’t display.
im using using 1.7.1
install with xampp

Thank you for the screenshots and further information. Are you trying to connect to a remote dataset or local?

1.7.1 is an older version of CMS, I would recommend upgrading your CMS to a later version of 1.7, for example 1.7.10 or even to 1.8.12 which is the Latest version. I have included link below to the Upgrade manual and download links for 1.7.10 and 1.8.12. Please note that if you decide to upgrade to 1.8.12, I would still recommend upgrading to 1.7.10 first to avoid any issues.
