Modify Maintenance Email Alerts to Only Send If Player is Offline for 24 hours or More

I tried searching but I couldn’t see this topic already posted.

Is there a way to modify maintenance email alerts to only send if the player is offline for 24 hours or More or some other timeframe?

We have about 30 players and a few of them have spotty internet that disconnects but then reconnects again. We get an alert each time. We would rather only get alerts if the player stays disconnected for 24 hours or more.

@natasha That one is a little different from what I’m asking. Even if there is a way to set opening hours for each player, that won’t work for our use case because our players are on 24/7. What we want to do is to reduce the number of emails we get when a player disconnects from wifi temporarily but then reconnects a few minutes later. We want to only get email alerts when something has truly happened - e.g. a player not reconnecting again within 24 hours.
