MKV format support

Hi
Need to know whether Xibo supports MKV file format??
Requesting for an answer ASAP.

It will be dependant on the device you wish to run the video on. If you intend to run on a Windows Player and your Windows Media Player supports it on your PC, or you have an Android device that supports it there is no reason why it should not work.

mkv files are not getting uploaded to the cms??
Could you please get me a solution for that

I believe your queries have now been answered via our sales channel, but what you would need to do would be to add those file extensions to the Modules page for Video.
