Media not updating on screen after replacement

Hello All,

I am running version 1.8.2 without docker or XMR, the clients are windows based and the collect interval is 5 minutes. What I am experiencing is that when I replace media I can see the change when looking from ‘Design’ or ‘Preview Layout’ view but the clients do not always reflect the change.

Hi Jonatan,

Yes the option ‘Update this media in all layouts it is assigned to?’ is checked. The user has view and edit permissions on the media and layout.

The display is authorized and status is okay.

1.8.2 is an older version of CMS and many issues have been fixed since that release, I would first recommend upgrading your CMS to 1.8.13, which is the most up to date version of 1.8 CMS. Does the issue still occur after the upgrade?

Thanks for your reply. just a quick question before I upgrade to 1.8.13

Will the 1.8.2 clients work with the 1.8.13 CMS, is this correct?

So I have upgraded the CMS but seem to be stuck on the Upgrade page with the steps not running at all:

Is there a log somewhere that I can look at to resolve the upgrade issues?
