Hello, I’m using the V4 version of xibo on Windows on the desktop and I have a layout with 2 playlists and other content around it, but when playlist 1 loops, playlist 2 freezes and the screen freezes, and it doesn’t generate a log or anything like that. It stays like this whether with the scheduled layout, the default device layout, or the layout preview.

May I please know what the components are for each of your playlists? Do you have just images, or do you have videos as well?
If you are using videos, could you please try to optimize your videos using ‘HandBrake’? To do so, you can check the full steps in here.
If you are using images, please make sure that the image resolution does not exceed 3840 x 2160 pixels. Antying beyond that resolution are known to cause playback issues.
Please let me know if that helped fix the issue you are having.
If you continue to get the same issue, could you please try to get a screenshot of the player status log for us to see if there are any errors or clues as to why the issue is happening? To do so, while your Xibo for Windows (XfW) player is showing your scheduled layout, press ‘i’ in your keyboard without the quotes. Take a screenshot of the logs and upload it here then provide me the download link for reference.
