Lost Password, No Reset Password Option

I lost all my saved passwords and now I’m locked out. There is no option to reset password. I’m using a Dana corporate account.

Is your CMS self-hosted or cloud hosted by us?

If you are not sure, please can you click on my username and then click on Message in order to send me a PM containing the web address that you visit when you login to your CMS?

We recently terminated the administrator to our xibo cloud-hosted account and are unable to log in, and we do not see a password reset link.
