I just want to manage licenses within my license pool .Is there any way by which we can transfer 1 android license to another within the same license pool.

If it is within one licence pool, then what exactly do you want to do please?
If you mean transfer from one currently licensed device to another, then you can do that by yourself in our Portal ie unlicence the device which will make this licence available for your new device - Android Licences Management
