The Android Licensing on My Products page is available to manage all of your Xibo for Android licence assignments and usage.

Click on the Licence pool card to reveal additional options:
View Devices will show you all devices currently licensed against your licence pool, in a table view you will see device’s details including, version, revision, UID, last accessed, manufacturer and model.
Xibo for Android clients check their licences every 14 days and lock after 30 days. 14 days since last successful validation, the device will start trying to validate again. If it gets to 30 days and has not been able to validate the licence, then it will take the Player offline so it doesn’t receive updates from the CMS any longer.
View Devices
You can see a list of all devices licensed against your licence pool along with their details, like shown below:
Unlicencing a device that is no longer in use is as simple as pressing the 
icon in row with the device.
Here you can see more details about the licence pool:
- ID
- Device
- Version
- Code (revision)
- UID
- Last Check (last date the device connected to our licence servers)
- Manufacturer and Model of your device.
Add Licences
You can add new licences inside each pool by clicking on the licence pool card and then on ‘Add Licences’ button:
After you click Add Licences Button new window will appear, in which you can purchase additional licences.
Purchasing upgrades
You can purchase licence Upgrades by clicking on the licence pool card and then on ‘Purchase Upgrades’ button:
After you click Purchase Upgrades in the overview window, you will be presented with new window, allowing you to specify the affected Version and quantity of upgrades to purchase. Please note that you will be shown a maximum number of upgrades you can purchase below the form.

Once you have upgrade licences in your licence pool, you should upgrade the APK on your players and they will automatically migrate between licence pool versions, consuming upgrade licences as they go.
If you have purchased new licences after a major release, these will always be for the latest version. However, if you connect older version devices, they will automatically downgrade to the old licence pool and grant you an upgrade licence for future usage.
Adding On-Premise Licensing
You can add On-Premise Licence inside each pool by clicking on by clicking on the licence pool card and then on ‘Add On-Premise’ button:
