Library/certs/encryption.key missing

Issue

I can’t access my media or playlists since upgrading to 4.0

Turning on Test mode generates the message

PHP Warning: file_get_contents(D:\WebSites\SHRXibo\libaray\certs/encryption.key): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\WebSites\SHRXibo\xibo\xibo-cms-4.0.0\lib\Service\ConfigService.php on line 600

When I go to either Media or Layouts pages, but I can’t find a folder certs in the library folder.

You will need to make sure a public/private and encryption key are provided in your library folder as per the instructions here:
