Is there a way to bulk download multiple items from the media library at once? I’m wanting to do some cleaning out of our library but want to make sure I have a copy of all of our old images for reference.

Hi wires, thank you for your message. There is not an option in Xibo CMS to download multiple media files at once, my apologies for any inconvenience this causes.
If you have access to the operating system running your CMS, you should be able to make a backup of the entire library directory you are using with your CMS. This way, you can guarantee that you have saved all of the media items. If you are using a docker based installation, you should find the media files in the /shared/library directory where your CMS is installed.

Thanks for the reply. We are using the cloud-hosted CMS, so I don’t have server access and haven’t been able to figure out where the uploaded images live, only the preview files at mySignCdnUrlHere/library/download/###?preview=1.
