Layout with Multi-Region is not working properly

The layout (multiple web links and ticker) which has been created like above picture is showing initially in a proper way. But, after some time it’s not loading properly and one of the region we are seeing only white screen etc. This layout is scheduled for 24x7 and we have enabled the audit log to find out the issue. However, based on the following logs which got generated during this type of issue, we are unable to find out the exact cause of this issue. Let me know if you need any more details.

Thanks in advance!

Could you confirm player version in use please?

Assuming this is windows player, it could be IE issue, either memory leaking or perhaps problem with web sockets.

You could monitor the memory usage while this plays in Xibo to see how it looks like, more recent player versions have a threshold of overall memory usage at which point watchdog would attempt to restart the player if it goes over that value.

If it is web socket IE issue on one of the pages on that layout, then Xibo has no direct control over that, however it could be possible to adjust the registry settings for it.

Thank you!
We are using latest windows player 1.8.10 and how do we set the watchdog to restart the player if it crosses the overall memory usage to some threshold limit?

Actually, it displays/loads properly for sometime and then it degrades slowly or only white screen. After some time again started working fine :frowning:
